Over the past 28 years, Samuel Pierce has acquired expertise in the fields of real estate and mortgage brokerage, mortgage lending, and real estate investment. As a result, he has offered expert witness and consultation services to attorneys and their clients since 1987.
Equally important, he has the ability to understand the issues at hand, analyze those issues, ask the pertinent questions and communicate responses clearly and concisely, whether it be to attorneys, clients or juries in consultations, depositions or courtroom prodeedings.
He has worked as a real estate agent and manager, owned and operated his own real estate and mortgage brokerages, and served as senior vice president for a mortgage banking firm. He has been investment director for a general partnership investing in real estate nationwide. He has developed a condominium project in California and has a portfolio of investment real estate that he personally manages.
He has published on the subject of the expert witness and educated real estate brokers and agents, mortgage brokers and agents, and the public.
